    Wayne began his career with Wimpey Canada Ltd., an industry leader in civil construction, he established a value minded approach on their many projects across Canada. Involvement with other major contractors substantiated the importance of teamwork and attention to detail. Upon his return to Muskoka, he established himself in the building market. He worked on a variety of projects in the log home, cottage and industrial market, before becoming involved with the adult lifestyle market, as the builder at PineRidge in Gravenhurst.

    After successfully completing the first five phases of this project, as the Project Manager (175 custom built homes) and establishing an outstanding reputation for product, service and meeting closing dates, it was time to venture into the new home and renovation market outside of Pineridge once again. At this time there are 225 completed homes.

    Currently Cripps Contracting Ltd. is finishing the PineRidge in Gravenhurst project. There are two phases left, 7 and 8 with approx 30 lots left. Wayne is a master distributor for Confederation Log Homes in the Muskoka region. They custom build and renovate dream homes throughout Muskoka.
