     The residents of PineRidge have formed a variety of clubs and organizations, that use the Hahne Hall facilities throughout the year.

     There are no condo fees at PineRidge, but there is a small mandatory yearly fee for the Community Centre applied to every home. It is approximately $300.00 per year per household.

     For more information on this fee, we would be happy to put you in contact with the PineRidge Homeowners Association.
